PDF Security

In creating my ebook in Adobe PDF format can I secure it so that the 
file can not be copied and pasted? Also can I prohibit the emailing of 
the document?

In so doing I am trying to keep within the standard security settings 
of Adobe as opposed to installing an encryption program. My 
understanding is that encryption of ebooks puts a lot of people off...

Whilst I am willing to accept the printing piracy of the ebook, I see 
that as a marginal 'cost'. It is the electronic copying/distribution 
that remains a concern.

Any assistance with this issue is greatly appreciated
