You can submit unpublished works to ManyBooks.net.  They often feature 
works by new authors.  ManyBooks provides formats for a lot of different 
ebook readers, which gives them an advantage over Gutenberg, which tends 
more to .pdf and .txt formats.

Your book is on ManyBooks as well, Ed.  I downloaded it from there.  :-)
