I use and recommend these guys:

They are real pros who'll ensure your mails
get delivered.  They have great support and
tutorials, etc..

If you want to try your hand at free options,
phpList is a well-known open source program.
At the time of this writing, I believe they
don't yet offer scheduled sequences though.
