;-) I can (possibly) explain my own logic and reasoning and 
executive ability, but firms like Amazon and Google and Yahoo and 
others are often beyond the inscrutable. However I did suggest 
there might not be consistency - particularly where serious 
income is concerned!

I think also, as a matter of what is likely, that there will be a 
growing mood for more family friendly matter as the depression 
bites and wise decision makers will be ahead of that.
