Hi Mike,
Unfortunately, there is no readily available ebook compiling software I know of that will convert a document to all current ebook formats.
There was a discussion regarding this topic at TeleRead a few weeks ago.

In theory, Amazon can accept several formats including MS Word, HTML and PDF for conversion to the Kindle format.
re: Sony. The Sony reader can now handle ePub files.
re: Kindle. You can use Mobipocket Desktop 6.0 to convert an HTML
file into nonDRMed Mobi which the Kindle can read.
Stanza will export to iPhone, iPod, Kindle, Mobipocket, HTML,
epub, and PDF. Stanza is a free application.
