My first ebook now has a rank on Amazon/Kindle.
However, Mobipocket, where the ebook was uploaded, shows no sale$ from Amazon.
How long does Amazon typically take to report sales?
Must sales pass some threshhold before they report them?
Are they diligent or haphazard?
