True, if you're talking about sharing 'shelf' space and competing for sales at Amazon. No point in doing that; you'll just be one more fish in an ocean full of 'em.
Maybe we just need a much stronger presence at SF, Mystery, and Romance conventions and other such gatherings. Maybe we need our own Indie Pub gatherings.
