I've never had much luck selling off my site, and yes...I used PayPal. I
tried Lulu's e-book program. Not much luck there, either. I'm currently
working with Amazon's DTP program, which gets the book onto Kindle. It's
non-exclusive, and there's not a huge rights grab involved. I can take the
work down, at any time. Since it's an EPPIE finalist, I hope to be able to
bundle it with a bunch of my other reprints (ones that weren't
self-published) and get it onto Fictionwise, as well. They don't like
self-published, but they do like EPPIE finalists, so it has a chance at
working.
FWIW, I'm careful about what rights I agree to, always.
