Grinning... I'm not blaming them, per se. However, this whole thing could
have been handled MUCH better. I need to take my EPIC post and turn it into
a blog post, and I think you'll see what I mean. Amazon and the publisher
missed a fantastic shot at good will and education. If they had done this
differently, they could have come out smelling like roses and both gone
after the pirate, at the same time.
