Whoopee. Joy. A new device. Be still, my heart.
Wake me when there is an easy way to transfer purchased, protected
content from a Kindle to a Sony and vice versa.
And that transfer procedure needs to allow casual transfers without
any need to contact customer service, so that (hypothetically) I can
"lend" a good book on my Kindle to my friend's Sony, just as easily
as I'd lend a print book to a friend.
Oh, and as long as I'm dreaming, how about a way for me to transfer
$300 of purchased of Rocket eBook content that is tied to a
serialized device that no longer exists (it finally tied), supported
by servers and a company that no longer exist?
