e-books are making a name with non-techies?

"One thing I do know is that a year ago, one in five of my authors
asked, "what about e-books?" Now it's about 100%. The shift took
place about 6 months ago for me. Most of my authors are borderline
computer illiterate, electronically-dysfunctional, and a couple don't
even have a cell phone... but they are aware of this trend and want
to get on board, usually starting with a physical (POD) book - which
is something they think they understand, or at least can relate to,
and moving into e-books, which they've heard mentioned on their
personal grape vines."
