Amy, I was able to hyperlink - found it under Insert.  At first I was typing in the url until I figured out if I highlight the url it automatically appears in the window, just haven't found the pdf under options in word.  My computer is old - 2003.  Best of luck with your book.  I hope you sell lots for XMAS.  Sounds like a good gift item.

I just joined a writing meetup group that will meet next. Erica, I wish you lived in Palm Beach County, FL. - your knowledge is impressive.

Joseph - how can I get a free payment system w/paypal?  I haven't gotten to the point of setting up the free account yet.  I'm still writing the book and when finished, I'll set it up and create a website.
