There is information on the site, but the best order is to set up the account first and then follow the information and instruction through your account page. It is a surprisingly simple process, and the learning curve is very short, I think. There is code to insert in the html of the page, and the messages to and fro as well as the method of delivering the item being sold.
The last time I looked at it, some months ago, it was very well explained with templates.
