Google circulates settlement changes

Google has sent emails outlining the changes to the deal approved by the court. This now goes through some similar procedure with a date for objections of January 28 2010; and indefensibly short time.
Those concerned should make sure they see the changes and understand the difference for themselves. To me it looks possibly worse than the original, and why the UK, Canada and Australia continue to be included I have no idea - except that they have supine governments!
