Thanks for the tip about Lightning Source. 
Here's an off-the-wall idea I had. 
Get some copies of my book printed and go into Barnes and Noble and put some on the table for sale. Guerilla sales. 
If I have the book on their eBook site, maybe it would be in their system - ISBN, etc. 
This would be fun.
