Thanks To All!

I can't believe I finished the book and have the website up & running.  I want to thank everyone for all your help.  I have a whole new appreciation for Authors.

I went with Primo PDF and actually like it better than the Adobe Acrobat 9 my friend has. Adobe changed my spacing. The only thing Adobe had was the security of "no copying, no printing".  I didn't need their bells & whistles (my friend never worked with Adobe & isn't familiar with it anyway).

As it turned out, my website is with godaddy.com (website tonight) and they have those features of no copying, no printing, etc.  A really good security.
