How can I find out who is the listed publisher of record for this ISBN:
9781102391821 ?
Also, why would they use theirs when my ISBN was already on the title:
1-932693-00-9 converted to 13-digit 9781932693003 ?
Is their use of their ISBN a way to hijacking (supercede) my original publisher of record info?
