$5 ebooks are very much on the table. Lots and lots of ebooks at that
price point, and even lower, are around.
(Hey, even my own recent release, The Profitable Publisher, is priced
at $4.99 on the Kindle and elsewhere. Of course, it's a little less
than 50 page-equivalents long, but it's also emphatically not mass-
market!)
