Interesting and useful short video on how to determine fair use. Certainly one of the best comments I have come across. It consists of an interview with an academic and a lawyer - both speaking plainly and clearly ;-).

[Do remember that the rest of the world knows nothing of '1st Ammendment' rights, though, in the UK for example, Fair Dealing is of a similar nature. The Berne Convention and WIPO and the relevant parts of WTO rules are all also along very similar lines.]
