Ingram Digital and ebook availability

Hi,

On June 6th I've submitted a title to LSI both in PDF and paperback formats. 
I've approved of the ebook the same day, and yet as of today, Amazon still 
doesn't carry it. Despite the fact I know that it is out there for at least a 
full week. And the paperback format is listed on Amazon since June 14th, 
despite the fact that I've approved the proof only on June 11th.

I've communicated with Amazon regarding this issue, and they complain that 
they "can't see the title information." But then, exchanging with them feels 
like talking to a Teddy Ruxpin cassette toy, so I'm not sure this is any 
useful.

I strongly suspect the issue has everything to do with my pricing/discount 
strategy, but I'd like to compare against other self-publishers before I begin 
tinkering with it:
Price: $6.45
Discount: 25%

Or could it simply mean I'm impatient, and it might magically show up within a 
day or two?
