Ebookism directory update

EBOOKISM DIRECTORY UPDATE

I've made some changes -- in the interests of simplicity -- to the way
the Ebookism directory operates.

No more embedding code, and serving pages in frames into member's web
sites. It didn't work smoothly enough, because people have all sorts of
different web sites out there, including, of course, blog setups.

So, now, it's simply a case of placing a badge / banner on your web
site, and linking it to the Ebookism site.

If this directory gets enough members and enough traffic to make the
effort worthwhile, I'll create another version for print books.
