Yeah. Barnes & Noble. OK, I haven't sent this letter, but I'm sure thinking about it.
Dear Barnes & Noble
You sold me a Rocket eBook reader in 2000, over the counter in your Walpole, Massachusetts store. The device has long since stopped working, there are no replacement devices, Gemstar's servers are shut down, and $300 worth of content I bought from you is now a pile of bits that I have no way of reading.
I talked to one of your Nook representatives who didn't seem to be interested in helping me.
Give me _the content I've already bought from you_ in a format I can read on a Nook, and I'll buy a Nook.
