Brenna,

I haven't updated myself on it, but, if this is a reference to Oz, I think both laws and Australian publishers have restricted outside books for a period - three months from memory of a quick scanning. I am pretty sure this is one where the NY publishers are not the culprits. Which makes a nice change ;-).
