Were the Teftimonie of the Dictionary not confidered Sufficient of itself, to render Proof incontrovertible, of the ancient and venerable Ufage of the word "pyracy" to fignify the Making of unauthorized Copies, then certis I deem this Prefentation of Evidence to have put the matter far beyond all poffible Doubt.
