You're right that you have separate ones for print (and separate for mass
market, hard bound, trade within print) and ebook and audio. While the ISBN
folks are trying to force the separate ISBNs for different formats of ebook,
it hasn't gone anywhere. Thank goodness! You can still use the same ISBN for
every format of ebook you produce. I put out 12 formats for one
publisher...all with the same ISBN attached. The only time I have to change
ISBN is for trade and for audio. Oh...and Spanish translations, but that
only makes sense. Grin.
