Definitely the Sony Reader. I bought the PRS-900 last February (it's their 7 inch touch screen), I loved it so much that when they upgraded it to a new version I bought that too!LOL So I have both the PRS-900 and PRS-950. I have to say though that the library software is sometime problematic. That's 1 thing I did not like, but the Sony Reader community helped me resolve my software issue (they know way more then Sony Tech Support).
