Prices are largely set by the publishers or self-published authors. While
site A may have a short-term sale going, you aren't likely to find
LEGITIMATE sites that are selling out of a certain range of each other for
the same book. I don't suggest you go to the PIRATE sales venues, for two
reasons. Beyond the fact that it's illegal and may land you in hot water, a
lot of the pirates use the sale information to defraud you or plant viruses
on your computer.

The same sites that sell fiction ebooks usually sell nonfiction as well.
There are some sites that are specialty sites. I highly suggest sites like
OmniLit, Amazon, B&N, Kobo, Fictionwise... Remember, you don't have to
purchase a handheld reader. You can download software on your computer that
will allow you to read, as well.
