Just thought I'd mention that EPIC standardized their use to the above
(ebook or eBook for the start of a sentence or other capitalized
use...epublisher/ePublisher, epublishing/ePublishing, ereader/eReader)
well over a year ago. Your choice whether to go contrary to it, but if
you want to standardize, why go against what EPIC is already doing?
Rather than try and force other industry members to change for you,
why not match what has already been adopted as a style sheet by
others? Just wondering.

Which reminds me... Hopefully, the new EPIC site will be launched in
March, and the entire site will be updated to the style sheet instead
of sporadic pages missing the update.
