What annoys me about this is that it doesn't just hit Amazon. It hits
millions and millions of teeny sellers who might sell one item to a
particular state in a whole year. It's nothing for Amazon to navigate 50
states worth of laws and accounts, but for the average micro-business,it's a
flat out nightmare! Yet you can't take aim at Amazon without the shrapnel
hitting all the ants on Amazon's picnic blanket.

And one wonders what this does to/with the nexus argument... that you don't
pay sales tax unless you have a nexus in that state. Isn't that settled law
with Scotus imprimaturs and everything?

Dej, who has trouble managing one states sales and use tax...
