Hi Elaine!

I would highly recommend using the Free and Open Source program GIMP. I use it for all my photo manipulations. There are hundreds of free tutorials for it on YouTube as well and tons of documentation.

90% of the images on my webpage have been edited in some way using the GIMP.

What does "anyone" think about the value of using PhotoShop Elements for tweaking photographs for inclusion inside your e-book(s)? Is it worth the price for the software?
