I thought I'd load up with some John Buchan and R. L. Stevenson
to take to the beach this weekend, so I went over to the Open Library
and found copies.  Downloaded them (ePub) to iBooks on my iPad.

Bad idea!  They are full of OCR errors and inappropriate paragraph
breaks.  Page headers and footers are almost randomly interspersed in
the text (from an ePub point of view).

So I went back and downloaded the Google Books PDF from that edition,
instead.

Another bad idea!  Tall pages with scanning artifacts on both top and
bottom, and iBooks seems to think color pages are blank!

Not sure what to do about this...
