Frustrated Judge Pushes Google Digital Book Deal

[Initially I had thought Judge Chin's promotion would harm the interests

of copyright owners. It is refreshing to see that in fact he is both, highly conscious of the needs of copyright law, and becoming short-tempered over Google's delays since he has other and new work to do. One comment on Publishers Weekly suggests that Google is better off
keeping the case in limbo.]
