Re: Memory stick containing 2000 books???

Another note... They will lie and tell you they are public domain
books, that they own resale rights, that it's their IP... It's almost
always a lie, no matter what they say, and if you look at a list of
what is on the media, you'll almost definitely find materials on there
they don't have the right to sell...ever. These morons define "public
domain" as "I can find it passing somewhere on a pirate site." They
define "their IP" as "It's mine, because I took the time to burn it
onto the flash drive/CD/DVD. That creates a new product, which I own
and have the right to sell." NOT! They say they own resale rights
either as a dodge or because someone else sold them a copy of the
infringed materials and told THEM they had the rights. They don't know
or don't care what it really means. They will also ignore the
copyright warnings inside the books OR the creative commons licensing
as immaterial. In fact, I had one person try to argue with me that she
could legally sell my free reads, which I give away with a creative
commons licensing that prohibits ANY form of commercial use. What the
heck does she think selling them is if not a commercial use?
