Lightning Source & Amazon Germany

Good Day Everyone,
just trying to find the ropes here. New to this.

In Aaron Shepards book it says that "Lightnin books are found on Amazon sites also in (...) Germany"

According to Lightning Source Rep, concerning my question if they stock Amazon Germany > answer: they do not currently have an agreement with Amazon.de

I have a German Version of my book that needs to be on Amazon.de
How do I accomplish this through Lightning Source?

Does any of Lightnings Partners take care of that for Germany? 
If so, which one?

All in all: Aarons book is invaluable to my new-bee-ness, just need to get some details on the German speaking countries and how they fit into the POD Process.
