Given the very limited capabilities of the eBookMan, my theory was that
there was a phone conversation which went something like this:
Microsoft: "OK, guys, we've just completed a version of Reader for the
eBookMan and we're shipping it over to you as a set of twelve CDs."
Franklin: "Er... you guys DO know our devices only have 16 megabytes of
memory, right?"
Microsoft: Click!...buzzzzzzz.....
