US Authors Guild Sues University Libraries

  [They laughed when I said two years ago that the Google Agreement 
would end up i n the long grass :-) . Now it seems the fall-out is 
hitting the ground. Does Hathi Trust really think 'orphan' means public 
domain? And back to a version of 'opt-out'!]
