Fictionwise (if they ever open for new publishers again)
B&N PubIt
Amazon KDP
Sony
Kobo (but you need 10 books for this...or...gak...have to go through
Smashwords to use them)
Goodreads (believe it or not, you can sell there)
iBookstore (which you can reach through OmniLit, if you can't get there
individually)
