I'm wondering if there are any ebook publishing/distributing sites out
there that support free-will donation instead of a flat price.
Alternatively, I might also be interested in a minimum price system with
the buyer's option of giving more, as used in the music realm by
Soundcloud<http://soundcloud.com/>
