Interesting. Since the law doesn't say she has to be BOTH employed by media
AND communicating news to the public...it does say OR, meaning one or the
other...I don't see that this was a correct ruling. Unless there's
something missing I haven't found yet, I'd say she has a great basis for
appeal.
