Well, since Kindles aren't really designed for use as bird feeders, you might want to consider using other construction materials.

I have no idea which Android apps would appeal to birds.
Or to birders.
You might consider and asking about them in a Kindle-specific group.

This group is oriented toward ebooks in general, Bill.
While that topic occasionally includes info about reader devices or specific titles in the news, the subjects here tend to involve the travails, tribulations, and successes of ebook publishing.
