[First two links are about the interpretations of old contracts in a
digital world - and legal action. Confusingly Digital Copyright exchange
appears to be about contract advice sharing, rather than registering
copyrights; but a sensible idea. And I am not sure if the Dutch are
being their usual provocatives selves about 'freedom' here, or
