Sigil problem with images

I've given up trying to find my way on the Sigil site to put in a bug 
report, and can find no reference to this on it otherwise.

I have missed out an image, and have tried to insert it. I had 
previously worked with an old version of Sigil, but updated to the 
latest release [not Beta]. The old version was happy with loading a new 
image at any time. Now all I get is a list of images already included. 
On the old there was a facility to replace an image - I don't see it 
now. and I have tried cut and paste.

This is on Windows7 using Sigil 0.5.3. It is clear the developers view 
the Windows version as a poor relation, and many instructions do not 
relate to the Windows version [I imagine it is Linux-centric Steve].

Has anyone had such a problem and found an answer?
