Traditional Publisher Ebook Pricing Harming Authors' Careers

[I have long cautioned against jumping to conclusions on statistics. The 
figures here are very interesting and should certainly be added to a 
pubisher's knowledge base. But they are very incomplete and narrow, and 
don't actually justify the conclusions of the writer. But they may be 
spot on for some; wildly off for others.]
