[This looks like a very interesting intervention. If Kohn is right about 
his intervention, it will at least enable discussion of the ebook 
market. Noting that Amazon is reported to have been in close contact 
with the DoJ over this case, I suspect the direction of the case up to 
now. The legal aspect of the intervention also casts a light on the 
value of case law.]
