Robert,
On piracy I'll put it this way: "damned if you do, and damned if you
don't!". IUn other words, if pirates want to pirate your book you cannot
stop them with DRM. It is said, though I can't confirm it, that some
pirates regard DRM as a challenge they "must" overcome!
Much, much more to the point, it may well be that using DRM will stop
some potential sales.
