A number of people who recently joined sent book promos and samples as their
first messages.
Don't do that.

We discuss epublishing news, tools to create ebooks, marketing tactics
and similar topics.
Don't sling your own marketing bait.
This group isn't a place to fish, it's the Angler's Club House. :)

Standard 'come see my wonderful book' promos won't get through.

One liners such as "Me, too," "+1," and "Thanks!" followed by a ten or fifteen
line sig won't get through, either.

This group is set to remove picture attachments automatically.
However...
You are welcome to include a link to your site in a short sig.
