In checking this site and the service offered I find this in the agreement:
"Volusion shall own exclusive rights (including all intellectual
property and other proprietary rights) to any User Submissions provided
to Volusion by any method, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use
and dissemination of any User Submissions provided for any purpose,
commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you
or to anyone else."
Does anyone know if this is seriously an expectation of rights over
copyright material? It makes no sense to me to sign an agreement with
this in.
