There seems to be a real worry that the "Who Is" domain information is to become secret. The moment I saw it was from a committee that calls itself "Expert..." I expected the regressive ideas that are there. The response, much shorter, makes a lot of sense. Anyone who values access to "Who Is" should read this and send an objection too.
