I work for a publisher at BYU in Provo, and Convert-A-Book called us up to see if we would like to use their services. Since I do all the ebook conversion myself and our needs are very simple, we weren't interested. But if you have an ebook that you want major bells and whistles for, they sound like they would do a good job. They have an impressive client list.
