Thanks for this list Chris.

Let's just say the first article was intended to be contentious, and 
then got lost in its own thoughts. Metaphors, analogies and old cars. 
Been in all three places :-) .

Number two, I believe that bit about chip implants! Very neat sarcasm.

Your own comments are largely to the point, but would have been further 
strengthened by noting that "bad" ebooks are in the eye of the beholder! 
As to Howey's stats and interpretations; statistically I find them 
doubtful to be kind. A year of monitoring might build to useful 
information. But the critiques of working statisticians should be noted.

I did not go into the Jonathan Ross matter. I can only suggest that 
those engaging him read the contents label carefully. Just one request: 
please keep him your side of the Atlantic!
